A suspect is on the loose after a police pursuit came to a crashing end early on Thursday in DeKalb County.
    
Sheriff's deputies say the chase started in Newton County after a robbery at a Waffle House at around 3 a.m. The suspect traveled through Rockdale County, then back into Newton County before ending in a crash in DeKalb County near Miller Grove Road and Old Covington Highway.

The suspect was able to elude police after the crash.
