Georgia lawmakers continue their efforts to reduce gun restrictions in the state, but Republican leaders under the Gold Dome are reluctant to move forward with big changes this year.
ATLANTA -
Wednesday night, former President Bill Clinton gave a rousing speech nominating President Barack Obama to be the Democratic candidate in the November presidential election.
Obama joined Clinton on stage following the speech making his first appearance at the convention. He did not speak to the crowd, but is expected to address the convention on Thursday on the closing night.
It has already proven to be an interesting two days at the convention.
FOX 5 political analyst Matt Towery appeared on FOX 5 News at 10 Wednesday night to give his perspective.
