ATLANTA -
The Red Cross is asking for help as they aid in the recovery of those affected by Isaac along the Gulf Coast.
Atlanta Red Cross spokesperson Ruben Brown tells FOX 5 News that their recovery efforts after the storm could cost tens of millions of dollars. He says the relief organization has been very busy this summer with wildfires, power outages and floods which have thinned their funds.
They are asking for the public's help in supporting their relief efforts. Brown says anyone can donate to the Red Cross by visiting redcross.org, by calling 1-800-RED CROSS or texting REDCROSS to 90999 to make a $10 donation.
