Local Red Cross volunteers assist Isaac victims

Workers at a Union City warehouse feverishly worked to get supplies on the road on Thursday.

UNION CITY, Ga. -

Twenty local Red Cross volunteers are helping victims of Hurricane Isaac bounce back along the Gulf Coast.

Workers at a Union City warehouse feverishly worked to get supplies on the road on Thursday.

Emergency response vehicle drivers departed with 10 supply trucks full of relief items to distribute in Mississippi and Louisiana.

UPS volunteers also helped out by giving of their time to load and move out the caravan of trucks.
