Investigators said no explosive devices were found in a car after a bomb threat outside the DeKalb County Jail on Thursday.
A woman pulled into the back transport area of the jail and claimed to have a bomb.
Police took the 46-year-old woman into custody and placed the jail on lockdown as they investigated the bomb threat.
The woman's car was later seen being towed away and authorities began reopening some roads around 5:45 p.m.
The woman is set to undergo a mental evaluation.
