1 dead in wreck involving school bus - Atlanta News, Weather, Traffic, and Sports | FOX 5

Police in DeKalb County say one man is dead following an accident involving a school bus on Thursday.

According to police, the wreck happened around 7:30 a.m. on Panthersville Road and Oakvale Road. They say a black SUV approached the bus at a high rate of speed and slammed into the rear of the bus, killing the man driving of the SUV.

Police say one student and the driver were on the bus at the time of the accident, but they were not injured.

The name of the victim has not been released.
