The medical examiner told Fox 5 News the body of Midtown Manhattan gunman Jeffrey Johnson is still at the city morgue. No one has shown up yet to claim it.

Meantime on Wednesday, the hearse carrying the body of 41-year-old Steven Ercolino made its way along Mamaroneck Avenue in White Plains to our lady of sorrows church. More than 300 mourners attended the catholic funeral mass.

Inside the church, the import company account executive was remembered for his love of life and not for his violent death.

Those attending the funeral were given wristbands that said "Steven Ercolino, you will always be remembered." They're in green, with 2 footballs in honor of his favorite NFL team, the New York Jets.

Family members and friends consoled each other after the service, many still in shock that someone with such a joy of living could be taken away so suddenly

Ercolino was shot and killed by former co-worker Johnson near the Empire State Building Friday morning.

A picture obtained exclusively by Fox 5 shows the two former colleagues posing with co-workers.

Johnson's body can stay at the morgue indefinitely. The medical examiner said he can be identified by someone who knows him, and it doesn't have to be a family member. But so far no one has come forward.
