Scott Ford says he has figured out a way to travel across the world for free.

One man says he has figured out a way to travel across the world for free.

Scott Ford was laid off from his corporate gig and came up with a unique idea when he was offered a voucher to give up his seat on a plane.

He now uses the airline practice of overselling flights to volunteer to be bumped and receive flight vouchers.

Ford says the system has allowed him to travel the world for free.

Ford recommends never booking a direct flight to increase your chances of getting on a flight that is overbooked.
