ATLANTA -

The U.S. Anti-Doping agency has stripped cycling legend Lance Armstrong of his record seven Tour De France titles and banned him from the sport for life.

The agency concluded that Armstrong used banned substances.

A local doping expert says he believes he knows what's behind the decision.

FOX 5's Morse Diggs talked to Dr. Amadeus Mason, a sports medicine physician at Emory University,  about the decision.
