Need to cut salt from your diet? Try herbs

Want to cut down on sodium in your diet? It could be as easy as planting some herbs in your backyard! Good Day's Paul Milliken brought his "green thumb" to McDaniel Farm in Gwinnett County and spoke with the folks there about the More Herbs, Less Salt program!

The More Herbs, Less Salt program runs from 10:00am until noon on Saturday, August 25, 2012.  The cost is $5.00 per person.  Pre-registration is preferred. To sign up, got to www.gwinnettEHC.org or by phone at 770.814.4920.
