Woman struck by vehicle in Cherokee Co. dies - Atlanta News, Weather, Traffic, and Sports | FOX 5

State troopers are investigating after a driver struck and killed a pedestrian in Cherokee County on Monday night.
    
Authorities say the adult woman was killed near the intersection of Highway 92 and Wade Green Road in Acworth.
    
Troopers say the driver stayed on the scene. They are calling the incident an accident, and say no charges have been filed.

The name of the woman has not been released.
