FULTON COUNTY, Ga. -

A Fulton County judge has cleared a mother accused of killing her 1-month-old daughter.

Surrounded by supporters, Tatiana Lima celebrated her acquittal outside the Fulton County Courthouse after an emotional week of trial.

Judge Esmond Adams said the state did not present enough evidence for the case to even go to the jury and issued the not guilty verdict.

Lima stood trial for allegedly beating her 1-month-old daughter to death in 2010.
