Missing 4-year-old found, father and grandmother arrested

ATLANTA -
Authorities in Haralson County say a missing 4-year-old girl has been located. The Haralson County Sheriff's Office says the father of 4-year-old Jaylen Marie Shrader took her for a visit on July 26, but he did not return her.
They say Shannon Shrader, the girl's father, was supposed to return Jaylen on July 31. He has been arrested and now faces obstruction and child abandonment charges, according to police.
The child's grandmother, 53-year-old Sheila Shrader, was also arrested and faces obstruction and child cruelty charges.
