State ordered to decertify airport vendors

Posted: Updated:
ATLANTA -

The Federal Aviation Administration has ordered the state to decertify four politically connected minority vendors at the airport.

FOX 5's I-Team has obtained letters from the FAA that says the four companies should not have been considered disadvantaged businesses.

Between them, those companies won dozens of food contracts in the recent billion dollar concession bid.

Senior I-Team reporter Dale Russell has the story.
