Surveillance footage shows Joshua Benathean McDonald allegedly sneak up behind the woman and snap the picture on July 23.

MARIETTA, Ga. -

A 26-year-old man is accused of using his cellphone to take a picture up a woman's skirt at a Target in Marietta.

Surveillance footage shows Joshua Benathean McDonald allegedly sneak up behind the woman and snap the picture on July 23.

McDonald is charged with felony easedropping, according to Marietta police.
