LOGANVILLE, Ga. -

A Loganville neighborhood is fighting back after four arsons have been set in the last two months.

The fires all occurred in the Range Terrace Heights neighborhood. Authorities believe they are all the work of the same person or persons.

In mid-June, firefighters were called a shed fire on Red Rose Court. Days later, neighbors said the home in front was burned to the ground in the middle of the night.

Two weeks later, investigators said a home on Range Heights Terrace was set on fire.

On Friday, authorities were able to stop a fire burning inside a home.

All of the homes were vacant at the time of the fires. The first two houses were foreclosures. The occupants of the third home had just moved out, according to officials.

Residents believe that the arsonist is someone who knows that the homes are vacant.

A neighborhood watch has been started and authorities have offered a $10,000 for information leading to a conviction in the case.  Patrols in the community have been stepped up.

Anyone with information on the case is urged to call the Arson Tip Line at 1-800-282-5804.
