Former President Clinton continue Georgia tradition

President Bill Clinton becomes the seventh U.S. President to participate in the time-honored tradition of planting a live oak tree at Sea Island. The planting of a live oak, the state tree of Georgia and the symbol for strength.
SEA ISLAND, Ga. -
Former President Bill Clinton continued a presidential tradition during a visit to Sea Island this week.
The coastal Georgia resort released a picture of Mr. Clinton planting a live oak which the state tree.
The live oak is the state tree of Georgia and is the symbol for strength.
The tradition began in 1928 with then-President Calvin Coolidge.
Mr. Clinton is the seventh president to participate.
