Michael Turner bakes gourmet cupcakes

Atlanta Falcons' star running back Michael Turner tried his hand at baking cupcakes for a good cause on Tuesday.

Atlanta Falcons' star running back Michael Turner tried his hand at baking cupcakes for a good cause on Tuesday.

The celebrity bake-off of gourmet cupcakes was held at Gimme Some Suga Bakery Bar in Suwanee and supported the Crohn's and Colitis Foundation.

The bakery owner says turner and about 10 other falcons players are regular customers. Turner's favorite cupcake is red velvet.

Falcons fans also got a chance to pose for pictures with Turner.

The charity is personal for Turner because he says two of his brothers suffer from Crohn's disease.
