Authorities say three men have been arrested in connection with a home invasion in Peachtree City on Friday, July 13.
Peachtree City police say Ted Andrew Jefferson and Gilbert Jefferson, both 27, face charges of aggravated assault, armed robbery and burglary. Christopher Falkner, 28, faces charges of conspiracy to commit armed robbery and conspiracy to commit burglary.
Investigators say two black males armed with shotguns entered a home on Woodland Drive through an unlocked door, and then ordered the woman inside to hand over her money.
Two other men were at home at the time and confronted one the suspects.
The woman was able to flee the home, but was followed by the other suspect who fired a shotgun at her. She was grazed on the head by a pellet, and able to run to a neighbor's home for help.
The three men are being held in the Fayette County Jail.
