Clayton County police say Codarius Brewer, 20, of Hampton, was arrested and charged with false report of a crime and obstruction. They say he made up the story of a man pointing a gun a school bus in the Paladin Drive area of Hampton back on May 14, 2012.
Police set up a 24-hour command post in the neighborhood and escorted children to their bus stops in the morning following Brewer's report to police.
