The case of the man accused of shooting his wife outside a Sandy Springs apartment will be presented to a Fulton County grand jury on Thursday.
    
According to police, Michael Parson shot his wife Adina eight times-- including three shots to the head-- back in April. The 40-year-old attorney survived the attack, but she is still recovering from her injuries.
    
A nationwide manhunt led to Michael Parson's arrest in Texas two weeks later.
