Police are searching for a man who allegedly sexually assaulted a young teen in Clayton County.
According to authorities, the girl said that she was walking in a neighborhood in the area of Rose Commons Drive in Hampton, Ga., on Thursday afternoon when she was accosted by an armed man. She said he took her into the nearby wooded area and sexually assaulted her.
Clayton County police said they would be patrolling the area over the weekend.
The victim described her attacker as a muscular black male in his mid- to late-20s, about 6-feet-1, with a tattoo on his inner left forearm.
