Teen accused of Paulding County hit-and-run in custody - Atlanta News, Weather, Traffic, and Sports | FOX 5

A teenager accused of running over another boy in Paulding County, and then taking off, is now in custody.  The Paulding County Sheriff's Office says 17-year-old Diante Rosado turned himself into authorities in Beacon, New York over the weekend.

Officers say Rosado and 15-year-old boy got into a fight last week in Paulding County after the younger teen accused Rosado of breaking into his home. Witnesses told police once the fight was over, Rosado got into a green Ford F-150 and ran over the victim.
    
Friends of the victim say he is still recovering and will be on crutches for awhile.
