Rome (Floyd County) Ridge Ferry Park July 4 - gates open at 6 p.m. Eighth Regiment Band of the Georgia Volunteer Infantry performs Civil War patriotic music at 7 p.m. The Rome Symphony Orchestra plays at 8:30 p.m. Fireworks at 9:30 p.m.
Dillard (Rabun County) The Dillard House Live music on the Rock House lawn from 4:30-8:30 p.m. Fireworks at dusk.
Newnan (Coweta County) Downtown Hats Off to America Parade begins at 6 p.m. Fireworks to follow at Newnan High School.
