FAYETTEVILLE, Ga. -

Fayetteville police say a father was arrested after he was caught trying to take pictures of women in a dressing room-- while holding his baby in his arms the whole time.

Police arrested 32-year-old Maurice Smith of Jonesboro.  They say Smith was shopping with his wife and baby at a Goodwill store on Highway 85 in Fayetteville when he was caught on store surveillance video walking up to a changing room, bending over, and snapping a photo of a woman with his cell phone while she undressed.  What the video doesn't show well is that, according to police, the man was doing it with a baby in his arms.

That same surveillance video also caught Smith allegedly shooting a photo of a woman as she bent over to look at merchandise.

Smith is charged with peeping tom and unlawful surveillance, both of which are felony charges.  Police say they searched his smart phone and found photos of other women as well.  They don't know if those photos were taken in the same store or a different one.
