Police are investigating three separate armed robberies near Georgia Tech which happened all within hours of each other.
The robberies all happened in the Home Park neighborhood between Friday afternoon and early Saturday morning.
The three students were robbed at gunpoint all at different locations. They said each time the robbers made away with cell phone and other items they were carrying.
Atlanta police says they are stepping up patrols in the neighborhood. Georgia Tech police say they will also have extra patrols in the area even though it happened just off their campus.
