A dozen Atlanta educators implicated the CRCT cheating scandal will be allowed to return to work.
The teachers were put on paid leave last July after being named in a 400+ page independent investigation, but Atlanta Public Schools says there wasn't enough evidence to prove any wrongdoing by the dozen.
Thirty more educators remain on the payroll and face termination.
