An Atlanta police officer is facing DUI charges while allegedly driving more than twice the posted speed limit on the interstate.
    
According to a police report obtained by the AJC, Jarvis Farley was clocked at 128 mph on Interstate 285 near Lavista Road in May.
    
The arresting officer said Farley had bloodshot eyes and stumbled during a DUI test.
    
His blood-alcohol level was .142, nearly twice the legal limit. Farley is on administrative leave while police investigate the incident.
