DEKALB COUNTY, Ga. -
Flames damaged an apartment complex in DeKalb County on Monday.
FOX 5 viewer Frank Arney was at Avondale Estates on Northern Avenue when the fire broke out. He sent cell phone video of the scene as firefighters arrived.
At least three units were damaged.
There were no injuries and there was no word on what sparked the fire.
