Recipe: Grilled Pork Chop
2 pork chops, lightly seasoned with salt & pepper and grilled
1 granny smith apple, peeled and sliced
2 ounces of un-salted butter
3 ounces of bourbon
2 ounces of dark brown sugar
Add one ounce of butter and the sliced apples to a hot saute pan. Cook until the apples start to soften. Add the bourbon, burn off the alcohol. Add the brown sugar, allow it to melt. Finish the sauce with the last ounce of butter. Season to taste, pour over grilled pork chops!
