Crab cakes might be a coastal favorite, but you don't have to be on vacation to enjoy them! Chef Sean Culpepper of The Elder Tree Public House in Atlanta dropped by the Good Day studios to show us how to fry up some tasty crab cakes right in your own kitchen!
2 pounds backfin crab meat 1 pound lump crab meat 3 cups of mayo 1/2 cup of Dijon mustard 2 tablespoons of Old Bay 3 eggs 2 cups of bread crumbs 1/2 cup of chopped parsley 1 teaspoon of salt 1 teaspoon pepper
Combine all ingredients except crab and mix well. Gently incorporate crab by folding into mix. Form a ball about twice the size of a golf ball. Gently pat into patty and place in greased frying pan. Sauté on medium heat for approximately four minutes on each side or until cooked through.

We all get excited about leaving town and going on vacation, so we tend to tell everyone about it. But, a word of caution before spreading the good news.
