An Atlanta city councilman is expected to participate in a telephone-based town hall meeting to discuss the upcoming transportation referendum.

Councilman H. Lamar Willis will give his views on the referendum in the first of six "Wireside Chats" set for 6:15 p.m. on Monday, June 4.
