GRIFFIN, Ga. -

When you are in the middle of a cancer battle it can be hard to get things done around the house. Robert Page of Griffin is shouldering the burdens of his neighbors one lawn at a time.

It's seems like there is nothing that can stop Page when he has a plan - not cancer, not even theft. He says he's unbreakable when it comes to helping others going through a tough time.

Nancy Key says when Page first dropped by her Griffin home, she could hardly believe it.

"He said he would come over and cut our grass and he has for two or three months and you know, with no pay or anything," said Key.

Key, who was diagnosed with stage four lymphoma cancer, is one of the many patients who benefit from Page's charity, Mowing with a Meaning. It's a professional lawn care service that helps cancer patients and at no cost to the homeowner.

Page, who is a throat cancer survivor himself, was inspired to do something when his own father had cancer and could no longer cut his grass. Page says helping others in the same condition has helped him get over the loss of his father.

"When I get out around people that are battling cancer and I see them smiling and laughing, it sends me off on a better day," said Page.

But it was a bad night last month that could have derailed Page's good intentions. Thieves broke into his silk fence business and stole $30,000 of his lawn equipment.

"They just cut the lock, threw the lock in the grass, opened the gates and hooked the trailer and left," said Page.

Cancer couldn't knock Page down, and thieves didn't. After installing new surveillance cameras, he bought new equipment and is back mowing.

Page is making the load a little lighter for cancer survivors.

"Just to know that there are people that do good things like that for other people is amazing to me," said Key.

Page funds Mowing with a Meaning with profits from his own silk fence business and some for -profit lawn care contracts. He says he's offering a $2,000 reward to anyone with information leading to the return of his equipment or an arrest in the case. For more information on Mowing with a Meaning, click here.

For decades, Atlantans have woken up to Tom Sullivan on their radios.  But you might not know that he's also somewhat of an expert eBay seller, and he's got quite a story to tell.

They say the third time's a charm, and that's certainly the case for Candice Glover.  A third try on American Idol was just what she needed, and on Thursday night she was crowned the season 12 champ.
