It's a weekend of flowers and it's mainly free! June 2-3 is the 5th Annual Penny McHenry Hydrangea Festival in Douglasville, Georgia.
There are lots of events going on; a free Festival Market both days from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and a free flower show. There are also some garden tours for which there is a charge.
