Whipping up fun, traditional sides for Memorial Day

They are fun, traditional sides perfect for Memorial Day parties! Matt Coggin of D.B.A. Barbecue claims his restaurant has the very best sides and whipped up some delicious southern potato salad and coleslaw on Good Day Atlanta.
Potato Salad 5 pounds red potatoes clean, quarter and boil in salted water until slightly soft. Chill with cold water half a green bell pepper finely diced quarter or a red bell pepper finely diced 1 stick of celery finely diced 1 cup chopped onion 4 finely chopped hard boiled eggs 1/4 cup yellow mustard 1 tablespoon Lawry's 1 1/4 cup of your favorite mayonnaise 2 tsp granulated garlic 1/4 cup white sugar salt and pepper to taste
Cole Slaw 2 heads of green cabbage de-cored and finely chopped 1 head of purple cabbage de-cored and finely chopped 2 cups of finely shredded carrot 2 cups of miracle whip 1/4 cup of white sugar salt and pepper to taste
