ATLANTA -

Years before he became Georgia's Senate Majority Leader, Chip Rogers was known across the country as Will "The Winner" Rogers.

He appeared on sports handicapping shows that promoted pay-per-call 900 picks for upcoming sporting events.

Rogers says he was only an actor playing a role and had nothing to do with the gambling industry.

FOX 5 Senior I-Team reporter Dale Russell has spent the past two weeks looking into the story and sat down with Senator Rogers on Friday.
