A judge has stopped a convicted felon from spending the money of an Alzheimer's patient he claimed was his wife.
The woman's family denied that, claiming Jerry Hoffman was just there to drain her bank account dry.
Hoffman hit FOX 5's I-Team photographer a dozen times as we tried to take pictures and ask questions. He even broke our camera. We pressed charges but Hoffman quickly left town.
Atlanta police recently arrested him for the attack.
