CLAYTON COUNTY, Ga. -

He was the classic whistleblower, pointing out problems in a bid process that led to the arrest and conviction of a top Clayton County Water Authority manager. But, he says after he did, he lost his contract with the Authority.

FOX 5 Senior I-Team reporter Dale Russell talks to the whistleblower and the man who cut his contract short.

 Another was a 11-month-old girl who was choking on a barrette. He says that maybe they were the reason for his second chance
