The Georgia Association of the Deaf is hosting a gala to promote literacy skills through American sign language.

The event takes place at 7 p.m. on May 26 at the J. W. Marriott in Buckhead. The special guest of the night is "Real Housewives of Atlanta" star Nene Leakes.
