The driver of a car which cross into opposing traffic and caused an accident which sent eight people, including two children, to the hospital is being charged by police Sunday.

Lt. Chris Byers with the Johns Creek Police Department tells FOX 5 News that Ji Kwan, the driver of the Honda involved in Saturday's crash, will be charged with failing to maintain lane and two counts of failure to properly restrain a child.
