
Bank records turned over to the I-Team confirm that the charity that runs Fulton County Animal Services used county money to pay for hundreds of unexplained restaurant meals and hotel visits. County officials say those expenses are not allowed under the contract signed with Barking Hound Village Foundation.
I-Team reporter Randy Travis says the question is whether tax money is being properly spent to help the animals of Fulton County.
