FOX 5 News has learned that Atlanta City Council member Cleta Winslow has agreed to a settlement over accusations that she violated the state code of ethics.
The Board of Ethics began its investigation after Winslow's November 2009 re-election. It found Winslow used city money to pay for flyers she ordered and to pay workers to distribute them. Winslow agreed to pay a $1,500 penalty -- and to repay more than $5,400 she got as reimbursement for her campaign expenses.
