Times are tough and we all need ways to stretch our dollar. But being tight on cash doesn't have to mean hating your home.
Home Depot associate Patrick Fagan visited with Gurvir Dhindsa and had some ways to give your home a little facelift for a little cash.
In the kitchen, changing out the cabinet pulls could cost you anywhere from 89 cents a piece to more than $2 a piece, depending on how much money you want to spend.
You could also add a backsplash for a couple hundred dollars, and change out the faucet. A new faucet could cost you around $50 dollars or more than $200 based on the finish and design.
And in any room of your home crown molding could add another design element, costing around 30 cents to $30 dollars a linear foot.
Repainting a room in a different color or a different paint finish could completely transform a room. A thirty gallon of paint could cost you about $15 or $20, or about $30 if you buy a paint and primer combination.
