Cable network TNT was forced to issue an apology last week after “30 Rock” star Tracy Morgan made crude remarks about former Republican vice presidential candidate Sarah Palin on one of its live broadcasts.
However, Morgan himself appeared to have no regrets as he commented on Palin’s looks again Sunday night at the Screen Actors Guild Awards in Los Angeles, Entertainment Weekly reported.
Palin is “the hottest [expletive] in the world,” Morgan told E! network host Guliana Rancic on the red carpet at the awards ceremony, using the slang acronym for a sexually attractive mother.
When Rancic looked confused, Morgan declared again, “She's a [expletive]!”
During a pre-game chat ahead of the Miami Heat-New York Knicks clash on TNT’s “Inside the NBA" on Jan. 27, co-host Charles Barkley asked the actor, “Sarah Palin’s good looking, isn’t she?”
Morgan replied, "Let me tell you something about Sarah Palin: she's good masturbation material."
TNT spokesman Jeff Pomeroy issued a statement apologizing for Morgan’s comments shortly after the broadcast. "It's unfortunate Mr. Morgan showed a lack of judgment on our air with his inappropriate comments," the statement said.
