A DeKalb County judge has allowed investigators looking into a November slaying outside a Dunwoody preschool to examine cell phone and e-mail communication between the suspect and the wife of the man who was killed.
Investigators say in an affidavit that the records might reveal a motive for the killing.
The judge signed the warrant Feb. 24. It covers phone calls and e-mails recorded between Sept. 1 and Jan. 15.
The DeKalb County District Attorney’s Office says an arraignment for the suspect, Hemy Neuman, is set for April 4.
Russell Sneiderman was shot to death Nov. 18, just after he dropped off his 2-year-old son at the preschool. Neuman was the supervisor of Sneiderman’s wife, Andrea, in GE Energy’s quality and engineering department.
