It may not be the big leagues, but little leaguer McKenzie Brown recently pitched a perfect game at a New Jersey ballpark.
"It feels good. I can't explain it. It just feels really good," Brown said.
Facing an all-boy team, Brown struck out 12 of 18 batters, using her fast ball and change-up pitches.
"For the bigger hitters, I was going inside. And for the weaker hitters, I was just throwing it over [the plate]. Just trying to get them out," she said of her strategy. "And it worked."
Brown threw just 70 pitches and the Unico Club beat the McKenzie Post team, 8-0.
