SAVANNAH, Ga. (AP) - Savannah police say an Army soldier is suspected in a shooting incident that left her husband seriously injured Tuesday.
Savannah-Chatham police have not identified the woman or the man. They say it happened around 11:30 a.m. at a Windsor Forest home.
Metro police spokeswoman Gena Moore says authorities were called to the home and found a man lying in his front yard with at least one gunshot wound. A woman determined to be his wife also suffered a wound and Moore says she was confirmed as the shooter.
The man suffered life-threatening injuries.
The shooting is considered a domestic incident.
