    ATLANTA, Ga. - Police say a pedestrian was hit and killed in the northbound lanes of Peachtree Industrial Boulevard at Interstate 285 early Friday morning.

    Doraville police said one person was hit and killed, but they're not sure why anyone would have been walking in the area where the accident happened. Investigators said the victim was hit by several vehicles including a tractor trailer.

    All northbound lanes of Peachtree Industrial Blvd. were blocked for several hours after the crash.  They were reopened shortly after 9 am.
