Man Held in Rape of 8-Year-Old Girl

CLAYTON COUNTY, Ga. - A Riverdale man is behind bars Wednesday, after police say he raped an 8-year old girl.
The Clayton News Daily is reporting that 40-year-old Jerry Ruffin was arrested for the alleged crime Tuesday, and denied bond.
Police warrants say the child reported the rape to her mother in October.
According to the report, Ruffin faces several charges, including aggravated child molestation.
