ATLANTA - When it comes to Internet crime, Georgia ranks in the top 10. It seems a lot of people who commit internet fraud come from Georgia.

The FOX 5 I-Team's Dana Fowle got an exclusive look at new data released Thursday about internet crime and who's committing it, who the victims are and what the next big thing is for scammers.

If you've been taken over the internet, you're not alone. A federal clearinghouse for internet crime complaints gets 25,000 emails a month. And the people who are getting scammed are everyday people.
